Maksim has experience in a variety of software development technologies and excellent design skills. He is the author of popular C++ framework for Palm OS platforms (POL) which was distributed as part of Metrowerks CodeWarrior 9 Pro. Maksim is the author of bug tracking system for Windows and .NET platforms.
